If you have pillars with cross-bracing ready, then it should be possible to lift it up, 2 or 3 good neighbors to help and 100 kg 75cm up sounds easy. Once you have it in place, you should avoid pushing it until it's securely screwed in. Carrying it out of the garage with low ceiling height seems more complicated than the actual lift.

I don't dare to take the risk of it collapsing before it's fixed, way too much work invested to take that risk even if it might not be that big. I expect to be able to roll it out of the garage, just a few round logs.
