How to screw mount to motor in floor hatch in concrete?
Ignorant question from wine cellar builder. How to screw a mount into a mix of coarse and fiberglass concrete? Do you need to pre-drill? Use plugs? Sealant? Or just screw directly into the concrete? What type of screw? NOTE: The hatch weighs about 80 kg. The motor is attached to an arm that runs over the hatch and with three screws up into the concrete ceiling.

As I said novice... is it an expansion nail? When I Google images of expressexpander, I don't get any hits.
The wine cellar has been a long project but now it will be finished. Take a look here http://husplaner.se/category/vinkallare/

I'm having a bit of trouble interpreting the images, but I think I understand. There will be quite a bit of force there, and the attachment is near the edge of the concrete. I would opt to carefully drill holes and then use anchor compound. Pulling in an expansion bolt or something similar a couple of centimeters from the edge sounds dangerous, there's a risk you might crack the edge.
So my tip, drill carefully with a hammer drill. Anchor compound from a well-known brand and a piece of threaded rod with a nut.

Good point about it being close to the edge. Just saw the high-resolution images now. OP should re-drill the mount so the holes are as far from the edge as possible.
A chemical anchor is probably the only option when it's so close to the edge. Unfortunately, it is a bit more troublesome and complicated than an expansion bolt. Chemical anchors can be found at well-stocked building supply stores, hardware stores, and online.

Is there something I can do myself or should I hire an expert like Hålgruppen or Håltagning AB?
It might be worth noting that there is a stainless steel frame that the bracket rests against in the hatch opening.
Thanks for the help! Lajla

A bit difficult to understand how the force acts on the brace. The attachment with 2 holes at the edge is what worries me. The brace is not a problem to attach with an expander.
Expressexpander just means that it is narrow enough to be drilled and tapped in place through the bracket, while some standard expanders need to be drilled and mounted before attaching what needs to be fastened over the installed bolt.
You can do this yourself if you are reasonably handy. If you feel too uncertain, a carpenter can help. There is no need to hire a concrete drilling company. All you need is a regular-sized concrete drill.
Edit/
Have you asked the metalworker who built the construction? They can probably install it; the metalworkers I hire often do.
