Fail, slightly too long 34 kilo stone slab (I must have gotten weak, guessed significantly more).

Safe work environment...

Preparations

Noise

Win, one piece of hallway shelf, one slab left to cut and an unknown number of disturbed neighbors...

I like that you took the concept of a table saw to a whole new level
But sure, it was possible to do it in the apartment without creating too much dust. Personally, I would have done it freehand with a suitable blade in the angle grinder... outdoors!
Lord, I laughed so hard! Thank you for that, now my Friday night instantly gets lighter! I promise to counter when my project starts in October, though I'll probably avoid a picture with similar work attire...
Though I don't understand what the disc is doing in a bike room? But that matters less...

One must share a little when doing something silly. Fortunately, there's no dust since everything is bound by the water. It does get a little "muddy," though. And I can't go out like that. People could see me...
There were recently six bicycles there. Hopefully, soon there will only be three left. So the sign was somewhat humorously self-critical.
It was actually a neighbor who knocked and wondered if it was me making noise and if I planned to continue tomorrow. She would be working tonight and wanted to sleep tomorrow. I happily informed her that I would also be working and that it would be quiet tomorrow =)
My wide-angle lens wasn't enough, so I had to patch a bit. I'm considering putting up a third shelf above. I have another board. However, not another one of those convenient steel beams, at least not a full-length one.

Failblog, yes, I went through all the posts a while ago. Maybe it's time to update myself. I've also looked through the first 30,000 of istheshit =)
