I'll give you a tip. Every supplier of self-leveling compound has a website. Go there and search, and you should soon find a suitable compound. Suppliers include Finja, Kiilto, Mapei, Bostik.

There is also a search engine called Google, where you can search for "diffusion-open self-leveling compound" or "uninsulated basement self-leveling compound," and you will get product suggestions.

I don't think you get the right answer there through Google, I would rather have professional answers or a discussion on the topic to come up with the right solution, but thanks anyway.

The needle felt should cover the entire room, the problem is a treadmill that weighs about 80kg, it also has a rubber mat underneath.

It's probably not an issue since the weight is still somewhat distributed over the feet if you have a mat underneath. However, keep in mind that under a dense gym mat made of rubber, it will become moist!
