It seems to be some type of tent/apron fabric. There is quite a bit to consider depending on whether you want it to be waterproof, durable, UV resistant, weight, etc. Canvas makers and boat accessory stores have apron fabric. Some options: Amazon Östersjökompaniet Korps.se etc.

Glamping tents are usually made of waterproof cotton canvas with a rubber-coated fabric as the base. A quick Google search led me to, for example, https://www.grossist.se/produktregister/produkt/11151, but there should be plenty of suppliers. As someone suggested, sailmakers (boat) might also have fabrics, but I guess it would be more expensive. Better to buy directly from the manufacturer.

However, I assume it becomes quite expensive as zippers, tent pegs (often made of fiberglass), the center pole, and the floor (as mentioned above) need to be added to the cost. Naturally, it's satisfying to build your own, but the alternative of buying a finished product will probably be cheaper unless you find very cheap fabric. Amazon has glamping tents ranging from a few thousand to over 30,000.
