I have installed ventilation and now have ducts that need to be concealed. I'm thinking of using plywood with a batten to hold the corner together, and then I can more or less place the construction on the floor and move it close... how thick should the plywood be to ensure it's firm and stable? 2.4 m to the ceiling and about 20 cm wide.
I can tell you how they did it when they built the house we lived in before, and then there were steel studs running from floor to ceiling along the walls and in the outer corner of the structure, and on that, plasterboards were attached.

Exactly, usually you build with plaster and steel studs or LP50 angles. It provides a nicer finish than if you use plywood. If for some reason it needs to be removable, you build with a 16mm MDF board. It is smooth and can be painted on.

Steel studs are easy to build with; it's not complicated at all. You can skip buying a crimping tool to fix them together and instead screw them; it works just as well.
What is that box on the wall? Does it have to be right there, or is it movable? It makes things a bit trickier. If you're going to enclose the pipe, put a conduit on the cable to that box so that it will be easier to reroute if needed.
