I have a sloping plot that ends along the lower edge with a cast concrete wall about two meters high. Below, the slope continues with a communal area.
My plot slopes down towards the wall, and I want to reduce the slope by increasing the wall's height and filling up about 50 cm of soil against the wall. I also want a wall that projects one meter as a plot boundary, so a total of 150 cm wall.
I need help. What options do I have in terms of construction techniques to get a stable wall? Are there any general rules for estimating the cost of outsourcing/doing it yourself (if it's reasonable for an enthusiastic amateur)?
