If the two attics do not have any internal connection with each other, attach studs along the intersection against the main building's roof panel. Otherwise, the rafters must be offset with diagonal braces.
You usually lay the råspont first, then you pull a string from the "real" roof trusses to ensure that the small ones are at the correct height and measurements....
Then they are screwed down into the råspont and hopefully into an underlying truss!
After that, a rule type 45x95 is placed along the entire lower arm to prevent the truss from sliding.....like that

If the trusses on the large roof lose contact with the hammer beam because another roof is being built at a 90-degree angle, what should support what? The trusses of the large roof must be bridged with a beam + trusses that support this must be reinforced (doubled). The attachment for the trusses of the small roof must have wooden beams at the height of the valleys.
