How to attach a stair railing?

We will make a railing with oak posts and glass in between, without a top rail.
The railing will be about 3 meters long. How do we attach it to the floor to make it sufficiently stable?

inside.
it will be 14 mm parquet with floor chipboard underneath.

if you haven't laid the parquet yet, the posts can be placed in large feet that provide good support. they will be hidden by the parquet afterward.

alternatively, a pipe stump that the post fits over.
