Some kind of profile cutter.. But is the door really solid wood?

The end mill is probably very special, hardly something that is readily available. The milling is certainly done in a computer-controlled router. I don't think it can be done with a hand router with successful results.
Then maybe it's easier to remove a section in the middle and glue it together? It's going to be spray-painted white anyway, so a little filler and sanding is no obstacle.J justusandersson said:

The corner shape visible in your picture I think is difficult to imitate with a router even if using a guide template. The curve has a very small radius. But maybe you can simplify both the router bit and the pattern a bit?
The only thing to do is to make the door shorter. I thought maybe one could remove 8 cm in the middle and then glue them together to avoid routing. That way, it will look factory-made after a little touch-up. As mentioned, it will be painted white.J justusandersson said:

You mean to remove 8 cm from the middle of an already milled door? That can't be that difficult, can it? You might need to use some biscuits or similar to align it.

Exactly that, yes. I had an idea of cutting off 8 cm at the bottom and routing new at the bottom. I was worried that a glued joint would be too weak, but there's not much load on it. How it's screwed onto the dishwasher I don't know yet, but it can't be that complicated.J justusandersson said:
