How should I redo the floor again?

What do you think? How should I rebuild the floor?

The concrete slab is from 78 without any insulation underneath.

Option 1. Self-leveling with fan.
Option 2. Lay 8cm cellplast + reinforcement + underfloor heating and then concrete.

No moisture problems but odor problems. Everything was dry but there was an odor from the subfloor. Then I have cuprinol-treated sills that I need to replace. I got two options from a carpenter. So I thought I'd hear what others think about the construction?

It's a large floor, it must cost at least 200,000-400,000 SEK to cast.
Maybe you should consult someone other than byggahus.
I have no experience with nivell.

If you're going to insulate and cast the floor, it will increase the height significantly, which means you'll lose some ceiling height. You'll also need to raise the front door and possibly other interior doors. It seems like more work, and judging by your picture, a nivell floor should end up at about the same height as you have now. If you go with nivell, it builds approximately 80mm including the frame and chipboard. If you do all the work yourself, the cost will likely be similar for both concrete and nivell.
