how many mm does glue build?

hi, I'm going to glue herringbone parquet on chipboard, how many mm does the glue build up?
I have glue from bosta.

Depends on the glue you use. What you wrote doesn't give much guidance, but for regular glue, expect about 0.5mm.

If we're talking wood glue and the necessary pressure is applied, I would say 0.05mm.

I doubt it will have any practical significance at all.
