I accidentally got some gypsum splashed on a window pane and it dripped. I thought it would just wipe off, but no.

How do I remove it without scratching the entire pane? Water, dish soap, or window cleaner don't work at all.

Any tips?

Razor blade should work :)

Was considering it as a last resort, afraid to scratch the glass. I'm looking for something to spray on and wipe clean. Someone else must have tested the whole home chemistry kit and figured out what works, I think...

A razor blade should not scratch the glass, it's common to use it when there are paint splatters on the windows. We've used a razor blade scraper that's used for glass-ceramic and induction hobs, so you get a comfortable handle to hold, and it's easier to get the blade at a 45-degree angle.
