How do I do this here?

I'm installing moldings (ceiling, floor) and have encountered a problem. An archway is open up to the ceiling. How do I deal with the joint between the trim and the ceiling molding? There is surely a good solution that you can share with me.

Both at the ceiling and at the floor, the molding should go around.
