I am going to attach aluminum baseboards on the upper floor in connection with building 4 different rooms. The problem is that I have water-based underfloor heating and have no idea where the heating loops are located. Therefore, I don't dare to screw into the floor.

I suppose one can use some type of mounting adhesive instead, right?

What would you recommend I do?

In your case, I would use double-sided tape. There are types that really stick like a rock, and you also avoid the mess of glue.

How do you use the klossar?

There is a strip with pre-mounted double-sided tape, it sticks like hell and never comes off.

The disadvantage of tape is that it must be completely right at once. It is impossible to adjust. The advantage of glue is that it can be adjusted a bit, the disadvantage is that it must be held in place until it dries.

Pattex No more nails has worked well for me when I've glued quarter rounds to thresholds. It can be adjusted for a few minutes and it can also hold without the piece moving.

you place them on the subfloor, so you don't just glue the parquet.
if the floor is thin then no blocks are needed
