How do I attach a metal post bracket to asphalt? It should hold a wooden fence

It is not a good idea to attach anything to asphalt as it will bend when the sun shines like in the summer. The idea is a post bracket, with a rod that should go into something as an anchor. Dig a square or round hole about 150 mm wide, and dig down about 35-40 cm. Drive a rebar about 40 cm into the ground, finishing about 5 cm from the surface, to resist lateral movements when someone leans on or swings on the fence. Set up the mount and fill the hole with concrete, preferably with a slight slope away from the post so water drains off well. After 2 days, you'll have something that stands up in all weather and for a long time, just put up the fence.

Thank you for the response!
