Renovating a bit and have a problem on how I can best build around these pipes as I want to tile the entire wall up to the ceiling and install a carbon filter fan.
There is about 10 cm depth to cover the pipes, but then there's also the ventilation which would be covered if one builds all the way up. Can it still be built in and something done so you still have access to it?

Either you integrate everything into the existing wall, or you build a new wall outside.
