TS probably means plywood that is beveled like in the picture.

I've never seen it myself.

Available at my local woody store, so it should be available in various places. The beveled one is 2400*600, as expensive as a 2500*1200 non-beveled one, so not exactly cheap. But convenient.

Called "Ergo-plywood" and should be available at your nearest slightly more serious building supply store.
