I live in a condominium and would like to make this type of solution in the ceiling to be able to install spotlights (and speakers) in my home theater room. I wanted to check if there is any more convenient solution for Swedish concrete ceilings before I start making a lot of holes in the ceiling...
What is this design called in Swedish? It would help a lot with googling

Well, you can just build up a new inner ceiling under the existing one, and place lights and speakers there. What is your ceiling height? Otherwise, I would recommend a ceiling fixture for lighting, and a couple of speakers on one of the walls. It will be just as good, or probably better!
