help with dimension of studs

I have a carport that is open up to the ridge and I was thinking of building a floor in the upper part for easier storage, but I've tried to find out what dimension of joists I need but can't find anything I understand..:blushing:
but the area in question is 3.60 x 3.10. I assume you lay a coarser joist at the bottom and then a smaller one with cc60 ??

Can anyone help?

You need 195x45 60 cc placed on the narrowest side dv 310 make sure the beam shoes are properly secured.
