HELP! Bathroom window attachment basement walls?

Good evening. I'm not sure if I'm in the right forum, but I could use some help with my basement windows.

I'm in the process of renovating a room in the basement into a bathroom and I'm considering whether it's safe to use expanding foam. It will have stucco on the outside and tiles on the inside.

So, my questions are, is it possible to apply stucco around the window when it's foamed?

Is it enough with just the expanding foam? Or do I also need to use concrete screws? I have Esseve indu-plug lying around, but no plugs. (I never found out if they were needed with that screw when I bought them) The frame sleeve is in place and the gap will be about 10mm all around.

If you use indu-prog, there is concrete screw in the assortment where you only need to pre-drill, no plug needed. Whether one prefers foam sealant or traditional caulking is mostly a matter of preference. Works great to plaster on foam sealant. Additionally, the foam sealant is not sensitive to moisture, which might be an advantage in a basement wall (or it's irrelevant, I don't know...)

The window sits there with only construction foam, but if it is to be done correctly, it should have a mechanical attachment to the frame. That is, it should be screwed in place.
