In the wet room, we're planning a combined washbench where I stand and wash while the wife and friends stand and have a beer after the sauna.

I'm thinking of having a durable material that won't break easily. Yes, water too, of course, wet clothes on the bench and beer running from the more festive side.

I found granite from a company that comes and measures, crafts, delivers, and installs. Not entirely cheap but maybe worth the little extra luxury.

Is it the wrong or right material and idea?

Ok. Maybe switch sides sometimes.

But the discs then. Is it wrong to have stone for some reason? Do the glasses break against the hard surface? Too cold?

We have granite in our laundry room. We consider it the best material for the laundry room.

We bought the granite second-hand and adapted it ourselves.

Aha, Blocket maybe. Good idea. I'll block on that. Thanks for the tip.
