Is there anyone who can help me convert a glulam beam to a steel beam? I've been informed that I should use a glulam beam with dimensions 115*310*3300 when I'm going to demolish a wall, with a load of 25 kN per post and a deflection of 6mm. I would like to have an I or H-beam to reduce the height of the beam.
