no strength is needed to drill in concrete. only the drill should do the work.

Of course, any machine can handle it. But if you are going to put up many posts with many holes for each, it takes time with poor tools. And a hammer drill is not made for drilling holes in concrete.
 
There was a small mistake in my previous post. It should be 4 - 5 years. Not 45. hehe

Museum?

They are good in softer concrete. Single smaller holes. The much more expensive ones are much better. However, I choose a cheap hammer drill.
