I'm working on a small bathroom that will have tiles on the floor. I was considering gluing and screwing the floor gypsum to get a little better rigidity overall instead of just screwing it. There's a 28mm tongue and groove wooden floor at the bottom. What the heck kind of glue should be used? Sure, you could use lines of, for example, construction adhesive, but I was thinking of something you could apply with a fine-toothed spatula or similar to get an even and nice adhesion? Or is it completely unnecessary to even glue the floor?

Ardex S-48 is made for just this. Applied as you say with a notched trowel. Costs a bit but it's good...

Thank you, it was a very nice guide!
