Glass in cast floor slab?

How do you prepare for a glass in a floor slab that will be cast, meaning to insert a "window" down to the lower floor? Should you cast some kind of frame that you can place the glass on?

What happens if you change your mind, can you then "cast over" the hole afterward?

Depending on how large the hole needs to be, you must also plan for some type of avväxling.

What sizes are we talking about then, do you think, and what type of support might be relevant? I'm a bit keen on a rectangular hole, say 2.5 x 0.5 m.
