thinking about installing a glass door for the shower, but they are very expensive. so I thought I’d go to the glazier and ask him to make one for me, at least the glass pane.
today there are tiles in the bathroom so I need 3 hinges, and then some kind of latch to close, and then some plastic piece so it doesn’t run under the door.
any tips/thoughts on that?

It can get a bit complicated arranging hinges, locks, handles, and sealing strips if you buy a raw glass pane.
And don't think that tempered glass from the glazier with polished edges is cheap.
Look at discount stores like Skånska Byggvaror, Hornbach, Bauhaus, and Cheapy.
There you will surely get the lowest price and a ready-made door that is easy to assemble.
