Frame dimensions

Going to frame up walls on the upper floor. I was thinking about the casing dimensions for the doors, 890x2090 (in my case). Should I take into account adding the floor thickness as well? Meaning the floor you plan to install, which can be anything between 8-20 mm. Should I frame up with dimensions 900x2100? :-/

Yep 900*2100 (from finished floor), feel free to make it a few millimeters larger so that twisted/warped studs won't be an issue either

Okay! Then you mean "finished floor"= the laminate or parquet?

He means from the top of the highest floor at the door as I perceive it and as I myself would have done it.
