Hello
I bought a "friggebod" at Skånska Byggvaror the other day, but I thought the frame it was supposed to stand on was too flimsy (45×70), so I bought some 45x120 studs instead to place it on. I will bury 12 Lecablocks (59x25x19) with the short side down, which the frame will stand on. To make it easier, I thought instead of a separate bearing beam in the middle, I would cut the studs (7 excluding the two outermost) and screw them against a stud that is at the same level as them and screwed into the frame. Will I lose bearing capacity by doing this? The frame's dimensions are 4488x3261, and it's the short side I plan to cut in the middle. The Lecablocks will be in three rows of four.
