Approaching wardrobes in my flooring. There are no moldings there. Should you still use spacers against the wardrobes (3 pieces) and then molding? Thanks for the answer!

Yes, the wardrobe constitutes a fixed obstacle just like a wall. I believe either the wardrobe is permanently installed and then you do as with a wall, that is leaving a gap and installing a baseboard, or the wardrobe is freestanding and then you lay the floor underneath.
