Hello

Floor slab in an old basement with large cracks, I'm thinking about fixing this in a simple way.
Do I have to break up the entire floor and pour new concrete, what is the easiest way to calculate this? Does anyone have tips and ideas about this?
Gratefully receiving all tips

  • Cracked basement floor with large fissures and exposed soil, next to metal staircase steps, in old cellar needing repair.
Do you know why it looks the way it does?
Based on its appearance, I would say it's best to tear it out and pour new.
Consider whether you want to dig out and insulate, if it is uninsulated, i.e. Maybe take the opportunity to replace pipes etc. if these are of an older standard.
