Friends!

I read, read, and read. Then I try to interpret my drawings of a house in Jönköping, Nordiska trähus from '82. Going crazy over sills, the slab, insulation over or under. Can anyone interpret this drawing better? What should I consider during a potential inspection and purchase?

  • Blueprint of a 1982 Nordic wooden house in Jönköping, showing structural details like beams, foundation, and insulation layers.
The image has too low resolution, you must be able to read the text.

Yes, you're absolutely right... I can barely read it on the paper myself. I'll try attaching a new one...
Maybe I'm sitting and reading and thinking too much about risk construction moisture, etc.

Despite the difficult-to-read text, I cannot find any insulation under the concrete slab. It is remarkable for a house from 1982. I advise against purchase.
