Hello!

First, let me ask to make sure I have the terms right. Floor joists are the beams that support the floor rafters?!
So, the longitudinal beams that can be under the floor joists or built-in.
Correct me if I'm wrong.

The floor rafters are the cross beams that, in turn, get support from the floor joists.

Can someone point me in the right direction for calculation tools to determine the spacing between pillars for a floor structure built with 45x220, 6.6m x 5.4m?

Attached is a sketch of how it should look.
My original thought was to have a pillar every 120cm lengthwise and 3 pillars in width under each floor joist. I realize that might be a bit overdone.
Are there any good calculation tools for this?

Additional info:
Snow zone 2.
Gable roof resting on pillars in the outer wall.
No load-bearing internal walls.

Floor joists are what the floor is screwed into, the one underneath running across is called a bearer.

Thank you, now we get the words a bit more correct here!
