I am in the process of renovating a bedroom and since the house was built without insulation in the interior walls, I plan to add some.
I've received a bunch of bales of floor insulation like impact sound insulation boards Paroc SSB1. I intend to use these in our interior walls.
Are there any downsides to that, or does it work great? Anything to keep in mind when insulating interior walls? How do you fasten the insulation?
