Hello!
We are planning an "attefall" extension to our house. Today the house is 147 sqm and we will add 13 sqm, and the extension will be a "dining room" that will be directly connected to the kitchen. We will move a large window section, so it will be in the extension instead. I am working on creating drawings and documents, and got a bit stuck on the fire protection description. I'm pulling a bit from the current description of the house, but specifically calculating and determining if the construction meets the fire class. I assume it's REI30 I need to achieve? The extension will be closer than 8 meters to the neighbor's shed.

Wall
(IN) 13 mm gypsum
45x45 mm studs s600
45 mm insulation
0.2 mm vapor barrier
45x170 mm studs
170 mm insulation
9.5 mm wind protection board
28 mm battens
9 mm fiber cement board (OUT)

Roof
(IN) 13 mm gypsum
45x45 mm studs s400
45 mm insulation
0.2 mm vapor barrier
45x220 mm studs s1200
195 mm insulation
25 mm ventilation
20 mm sheathing
Underlay felt
Roofing felt (OUT)

Can anyone help me with how to calculate?

And I'm also trying to make an energy calculation using rockwool and energiberakning.se. My question there:
Is it Um I should calculate? And it should then be below 0.33 W/m2K according to 9:92, right? For my preliminary calculations, I'm above the limit on the roof and wall, but much lower on the foundation, but is it okay as long as Um is below the limit or does each part have to meet the limit? And I have some issues with thermal bridges, is there some standard value I can calculate with instead of exact values?

Taking some information from the current description available for the house, but especially calculating and checking if the construction meets the fire class. I assume that it is REI30 I need to achieve? The extension will be closer than 8 meters to the neighbor's shed.

Or should it perhaps just be EI30 for the walls and REI30 for the roof?

No one who can help? :D
