Fire after newly plastered chimney?

Polished an old chimney from the second floor to the ridge. When can one expect to be able to light a fire again? It gets at most lukewarm on the plaster on the upper floor when a fire is lit.

I think you should wait at least 2 weeks,
I have seen manufacturers write about their plaster. Weber etc.
If you add heat too early, it might crack.
