What is the best way to seal a gap like this to make it look okay? It's a window recess where the gap to the window ranges from 0 to 10 mm. The window was probably installed carelessly when the building was constructed 40 years ago.
Is latex caulk the solution? Should something be used to fill in beforehand to reduce the amount of latex needed?

0-10mm is usually not a problem to fill with latex without extra measures...P pbh.e said:
