Quite time-consuming, but it's usually one ceiling every other year, costs 375:-/sqm after ROT. In cases where the customer wants to resemble fabric-stretched ceilings and does not live in a cultural building, I usually suggest plastering/jointing and taping in the traditional way and then placing the paper with a few cm overlap, significantly cheaper and nearly impossible to see any difference.

You have probably thought through your choice, but suspended ceilings are a nightmare during a fire because they fall down and wrap any people in the room like in a burning blanket...
Yes, I can agree that it was like that before, but now they are flame-retardant like so many other materials in construction.
However, one can consider that so many products in the construction industry contain flame-retardant agents that are not so healthy for living organisms.
Unfortunately, we cannot install regular ceiling tiles, so it will have to be a vävspänt ceiling.
