Extra floor joists - standard 220 beam or construction timber??
Upstairs in our 1.5-story wooden house, there should, as I understood, be additional floor joists where the bathroom is supposed to be, between the existing floor beams, so that it becomes cc30 instead of the existing cc60. I have installed these, but afterwards, I became unsure if it is okay to use a regular 220 x 45 joist or if it needs to be of type k24? Should I replace the ones I've installed? They are about 4 meters long.

For normal living, 45x220 c/c 600 K24, which are also braced, should suffice. Fully glued and screwed particle boards, of course. But for bathrooms, I don't know. However, I would guess that 300 would be fine if you don't have a bathtub. A 4 m span sounds a bit much for supporting a bathtub. Check here: http://www.pbgolv.se/Bilder/tekniska_rad.pdf
It should ideally be K24 to adhere to the standard, but there's nothing to say that your unclassified rule is worse in any way if you have selected them carefully regarding straightness, etc., because that's where you can otherwise encounter problems with uneven flooring and movements.
