Cultural Center Construction in Högdalen
A group of architecture students and culture enthusiasts will build a Cultural Center in Högdalen. We have a temporary building permit and limited financial resources, therefore experimenting with materials and construction solutions. It would be interesting to receive comments on our solutions, perhaps additional interesting ideas and good advice.
The idea is that the house will be built with steel shipping containers. The containers will form two of the building's walls (standing parallel to each other), 4 containers in each wall (divided into two floors).
Between the container walls, a 6m * 12 m room is created, which will have a floor, 2 wooden frame walls (between the container walls at the front and back edges), and an insulated sheet metal roof.
The container walls are then insulated from the outside and covered with some form of panel or boards.
The building will be constructed on a hardened gravel parking lot, and for the foundation, we have discussed some form of concrete slabs.

Questions:
1. Can the panel on the outside of the containers consist of plywood sheets, will they withstand weather for 5 years, is there cheaper sheet material?
2. Do we need to seal the wall with tar paper between the plywood and the insulation?
3. Which insulation is the smartest/cheapest to use, etc.?
2. Which inner floor material is the cheapest? Can plywood sheets be used here as well, what dimensions if so (the floor must withstand a lot, as there is a risk of many people dancing on it during events like rock concerts)?
3. Does anyone know where we can get used/cheap lumber?
4. Does anyone know if it's possible to obtain containers from somewhere that, for example, have broken doors or similar?
5. How "strong" a crane truck is required to stack the 6-meter containers on top of each other?

Any technical knowledge is welcome otherwise....
