expansion agent?

hi everyone
I found out yesterday that there's supposed to be some kind of powder/agent that you pour into drilled holes in cement/stone/rock etc. that makes it expand and crack! does anyone know what it's called? and if it's available to buy?

I don't know the cost of Snigeld., but the competitor's Demex costs 504:- for 4 kg. 279:- for 2 kg. Beijer Byggmaterial
