Expanding joint tape?

Anyone know if expanding joint tape can be purchased in any of the regular hardware stores? Or are you forced to order online (e.g., leifarvidsson.se)?

Have been to Beijer, Bauhaus, K-Rauta, NPN etc, but haven't found anything.
Live in Ängelholm, if that helps.

I found after much searching the version that looks like a double P-strip at Krauta but it was hard to find. Everyone wants to sell syllpapp and refuses to understand that it's not the same thing.
