EPSCement vs. regular cement

Planning to lay new flooring in the basement, now going to cast about 10 cm of subfloor and considering between EPS-cement and regular cement. Does anyone have experience with whether there is a difference in how warm the floor feels with the different options? I will be laying tiles...

EPS cement must be coated with some type of leveling compound before you can lay tiles.

You can lay tiles directly on cement.

Found a previous thread on the subject. Will probably go with regular cement this time.
