Elevator renovation, tips on companies?

Hello, we are a housing cooperative just north of Stockholm. We have an elevator that was built in the 1950s. It has been renovated since then but now spare parts are running out. Last time, we had a stoppage for about 1 month this summer. We have received a quote from Kone regarding the reconstruction, and we are wondering if there are tips on other companies that also do equivalent jobs. Kone is really big in this field, but it would be good to have another bid to compare with.

Does anyone have tips on other companies that do such jobs?
