I'm trying again... Now with a drawing

I have an existing wall in the conservatory that faces the neighbor, now that we are adding glass, what’s already built has to be approved, which is reasonable. I have searched obsessively for good descriptions of what is approved. The wall is already built like this, and if I am to modify it, I would prefer to do it on the side facing outwards (see sketch). The reason for this is that the interior wall has just been redone and completed, this before we knew the wall had to be EI 30-classified.

The first question is, of course, does it comply with EI 30?
If not, what can I do if I want to avoid tearing everything up and starting over? One or two layers of exterior gypsum on the outside followed by a new panel to protect the gypsum?

You could apply two layers of plasterboard and panel as you yourself wrote to achieve EI30.
The municipality or the fire department usually has a fire protection consultant you can ask regarding fire protection as well.

Check out the link, it looks like your wall meets EI 30, but without paneling on one side, it's harder to assess/know.

If the panel had been 60 mm, it would meet EI30, but now TS is only 21 mm, so additional measures are probably required to achieve EI30. However, feel free to ask your case officer at the municipality.

Yes, that's how I interpret it as well.
Bauhaus has a gypsum product called Norgips BRAND but nowhere can I find what it means in terms of fire classification. Otherwise, it will probably be double gypsum and a panel on top. Thanks for now!

I believe that Norgips BRAND are what are referred to as "GF" in the linked document above. They are plasterboards with improved fire properties.

Ok, is GA regular gypsum?

I read more carefully on the page now and see that GA refers to normal plasterboards.
It will probably be double outdoor plasterboards and then some type of panel on that.
