In my childhood home, there were tiles that were rounded at the outer edge of the tiling, meaning the edge pieces had one beveled side. The corner tiles had two beveled sides.

Do such pieces occur today? I haven't seen it much...

If you're lucky, it might be found in well-stocked tile stores and probably of expensive varieties. Otherwise, these days there are strips of plastic or metal that are glued together with the tiles to create a neat edge.

Are there only rounded edges at the corners of the edge tiles? How big are the tiles? I'm looking for similar ones that are in an old kitchen. 15*15*1.1cm with rounded edges, but it looks like all edges are "soft".
What does the grout look like? Mine is only a few millimeters.
I'm getting a sample in the mail soon from centro.

Only edges, standard 15x15, standard grout.

There are some tiles with what you're looking for. Check out the big ones like Kakelspecialisten, Konradsson, Höganäs, etc. I've bought regular white 15x15 at Kakelspecialisten, and such tiles come with one glazed edge or two glazed edges. I know that Höganäs has had some series with glazed edges, such as the classic tile Sydney (which the Opera House there is covered with), but the folks at Höganäs have decided to discontinue that tile.
