Hello
I'm in the process of decorating the upper floor of our house and now have a question for you experts.
How have you/did you deal with the wind deflector at the eaves up to the ventilation gap? I've seen that some use tar paper and others build with battens and hardboard.
I had another thought to use the pieces of wood I'm removing anyway. Sawing one side at 45 degrees and then mounting with screws and angle brackets.
Right or wrong, other thoughts or ideas?

A 45-degree cut wooden board in an attic near insulation, used as an improvised wind deflector, with visible screws and angle brackets.

Wooden board installed at eaves with insulation visible, secured with metal bracket.
