Drywall anchor through the plastic?

Hello,

I'm going to install roller blinds and discovered that there is no stud to screw into. The wall is single-layer drywall with plastic directly underneath the drywall. Does anyone have any tips on how to best screw into drywall? There are drywall anchors, etc., but that would damage the plastic on the inside! Tips are gratefully received.

Go ahead with the expander anyway, it will just be a minimal hole, dab in some silicone/latex if you're extra careful.
