Dropdown list and cover strip for vertical facade
Hello
Does anyone know if or where you can buy a drip edge that should sit at the bottom of the facade?
I am going to add insulation and switch from eternit to batten panel, and I'm thinking of taking the opportunity to tidy up the bottom edge.
Also, a good selection of battens would be desirable, I'm looking for a half-moon shaped one.

Perfect... exactly what I'm looking for
Hello
A follow-up question, how is the facade ventilated when you essentially seal the bottom edge with the "solbänk"?

In the past, with their colors and hardly any insulation, they were often painted over as much as possible.
We made an updated version with ventilation:

I saw a house where a lot of holes were drilled in the lower edge of the solbänk up to the spaces covered by the locks.

One could also consider adding a thin, 10-15mm, vertical strip inside the horizontal nail strip to create a gap for ventilation.
