Hello!
I need to drill some holes in the concrete wall at home in my apartment (going to put up some shelves, among other things).
What type of drill do you recommend? Do I need a rotary hammer or is a hammer drill sufficient, or maybe a regular drill if I have the right type of drill bit?

A good concrete drill.
If the walls are not extremely hard, both a smaller hammer drill and a more powerful rechargeable drill driver will do the job.

For the concrete I have encountered, a percussion drill is quite poor compared to a rotary hammer.

If you don't want to buy a hammer drill, they are available for rent at rental companies for a reasonable amount. If you're going to make 5 holes in slightly harder concrete, you can't compare using a vibrating drill with a real hammer drill on the same day.

If it is concrete, yes, you need a rotary hammer drill.
If it is brick, an impact drill is sufficient.

It costs 2-300 SEK to rent, but if you think you'll need it more times, it might be worth buying.

There are some that aren't too expensive.
I bought one like this, and it works great!

Also, www.jula.se has cheap rotary hammer drills.
